Hi there, I’m Justyna.

I teach Creative Pattern Cutting at LCF. With over 15 years of experience in womenswear design and creative pattern cutting, I’ve had the privilege to collaborate with brands across various market levels. During this time, I’ve had the opportunity to work with extremely talented students from different universities. I’ve always found the experience of working with students to be incredibly rewarding, which has inspired me to pursue teaching.

I’m very excited to be offer the place at the PgCert. The anticipation of returning to study fills me with a mix of excitement and caution. I anticipate encountering valuable challenges and opportunities for personal growth. I’m looking forward to meeting other teachers from across UAL and being motivated to reflect on my teaching practice and learn from peers on my course.

My hope is that this experience will refine my emerging pedagogical philosophy, making it more student-centred. Ultimately, my goal is to inspire a lifelong passion for learning in my students, fostering their growth not only as fashion designers and creative cutters but as individuals.
